We’ve all been there. Everyone has had a moment where they went to the store to do a big shop for a recipe they were really excited to prepare, only to get home and realize they were missing a key ingredient or an imperative kitchen tool. We know exactly how frustrating that can be, so here at So Yummy, we’ve developed a few “quick kitchen replacements” to help you find a solution when you’re in a synch.

If you can quite get your yolks to separate cleanly from the egg whites, try using a cooling rack to set the two components apart. If you need to dust your dessert with some powdered sugar, it’s a lot easier to whip up your own then you might have realized. Your friends at So Yummy are here to help make cooking easy and approachable. You don’t need to spend tons of money on fancy equipment or buy tons of bulk ingredients you will only use one time.

Try our “quick kitchen replacements” and let us know what you think!
