Directions:

  1. Grease the Bella Slow Cooker with butter.
  2. Quart strawberries and add them to the Bella Slow Cooker. Add blueberries, raspberries, peaches, sugar and orange juice; mix well.
  3. Crumble the butter bread on top of the fruit, add granola, butter cubes and dollops of mascarpone cheese. 
  4. Cook for 1 hour and a half in high setting. Once done, let cool. 
  5. Serve in individual bowls and accompanied with vanilla ice cream.
