Directions:

  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In the So Yummy by Bella Portable Blender, combine fresh spinach, crumbled feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blend until the filling is well mixed.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs onto a heated, greased pan. Add spinach mixture over eggs and cook until set.
