  1. Prepare the colored gelatin as directed on the package, substituting milk for water. Pour the mixture into a sphere mold, adding 14 grams of unflavored gelatin. Refrigerate.
  2. Prepare the unflavored gelatin with water and fill a quarter of the mold. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the colored gelatin spheres into the mold and pour the remaining unflavored gelatin mixture.
  4. Refrigerate until set, then unmold.
  5. Enjoy and serve with condensed milk if desired.

Gummy-Bear Sandwich

Directions:

  1. Sort the gummy bears by colors and melt them.
  2. Pour one color into a silicone mold, let it cool for a few minutes in the freezer, and repeat process with the rest of the colors until it’s filled.
  3. Unmold and cut the mixture into star shapes using a cookie cutter. 
  4. Roll out cookie dough and cut with the same star-shaped cookie cutter. Bake cookies at 350F for 10 minutes, until slightly golden.
  5. Make a sandwich with a layer of cookie, a layer of gummy bear mixture, and another layer of cookie.
  6. Decorate with melted white chocolate and colored sprinkles.

Colors of The Rainbow Cake

  1. Prepare cake mix according to the package. Divide batter into 6 batches and color each separately with red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple food coloring. Bake.
  2. To the red cake layer, apply buttercream, raspberries, and red M&Ms. Repeat this process with each color, stacking the layers, adding buttercream, fruit, and M&Ms in between each.
  3. Fill the Popit with corresponding colored M&Ms, cover with colored candy melts, refrigerate, and remove from mold. 
  4. Decorate the top of your cake with the rainbow chocolate Popit. Enjoy!

  1. In a pan over medium heat, pour Skittles of a single color and 1/2 cup of water until the candies melt.
  2. In a bowl, fold together 1/4 cup of whipped cream and 1/4 cup of condensed milk.
  3. Add the melted Skittles of one color to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze for 10 minutes, or until set.
  5. Repeat this process with each skittle color, to create a layered rainbow effect. Freeze until completely set.
  6. Unmold your popsicles, and enjoy!

Peeps-Crispy Cake

  1. In a pan over medium heat, melt green Peeps with two tablespoons of melted butter. 
  2. Add 1/2 cup of the Rice Krispies, stir, and pour into a square mold. Let it cool. Repeat this process with different colored Peeps. 
  3. For assembly, place one block of Rice Krispies on top of another, piping a layer of buttercream in between.
  4. In a bowl, pour the melted white chocolate and colored candy melts.
  5. Pour the rainbow chocolate over top of your Peeps-Crispy Cake, and decorate with sprinkles!

Rain-Ball Parfait

Directions:

  1. Begin by pouring melted white chocolate in a hollow sphere mold, sealing it, and spinning to coat the interior. Let set.
  2. Once set, remove the chocolate sphere from the mold and pierce the top of it with a skewer.
  3. Holding the skewer, dip the sphere into a bowl of the melted, various colored chocolates. Let set.
  4. Using a knife, remove the top of the sphere, and fill the remaining rainbow chocolate “bowl” with yogurt, granola, peaches, strawberries, and whipped cream.
  5. Add rainbow sprinkles on top and enjoy!
