Christmas Chocolate Tart

  1. To make the filling: Melt the chocolate ice cream scoops by pouring hot whipping cream over top. Add melted chocolate, and mix until fully combined. 
  2. Spread the filling evenly on the prepared crust, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. While the tart is chilling, make the gingerbread cookies. Preheat the oven to 360ºF. Roll out the gingerbread dough, cut with Christmas-themed cookie cutters, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Decorate the cookies with royal icing.
  5. Remove the tart from the refrigerator and arrange the cookies on it, using more royal icing to adhere them to the tart. Finish with a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds and small sprigs of rosemary throughout. A quick and easy Christmas pie, ready to enjoy!

Tree Christmas Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 360ºF.
  2. Roll out the cookie dough and cut out circular cookies, using a Mason jar lid or round cutter. Cut a Christmas tree shape from the center of each cookie.
  3. Crush the red candies into powder and sprinkle into the tree-shaped holes. Bake for 10-12. Let cool.
  4. Take a pair of cookies, place Christmas sprinkles on the tree-shaped candy, then attach a second cookie using royal icing, creating a filled cookie. Then, decorate with green royal icing and more Christmas sprinkles. Enjoy with a cup of coffee!

  1. With a small, circular cutter, remove the center from all but two of the Christmas sugar cookies, making sure to prevent the cookies from breaking.
  2. Build a tower by stacking the ring shaped cookies on top of one uncut cookie, connecting them with layers of buttercream. 
  3. Fill the middle with Christmas sprinkles and M&Ms, add another layer of buttercream, then top with the remaining uncut cookie.
  4. Fully cover the stack of cookies with red buttercream. Pipe a bow and ribbon with the green buttercream. Decorate with more Christmas sprinkles, to mimic wrapping paper. Share this gift with a surprise inside!

  1. Place the cupcakes and coffee liqueur in a bowl and mash together into a dough.
  2. Scoop a small ball of the dough, fill it with heart-shaped sprinkles and shape into a sphere and . Make two indents at 10- and 2-o’-clock, forming the shape of the Grinch’s head.
  3. Insert a popsicle stick at the bottom. Coat with the green candy melts, and let solidify.
  4. Cut yellow M&Ms in half to be the Grinch’s eyes. Attach them to the cake pop using candy melts. Pipe details of the Grinch’s face with the black candy melts. Let it set, then enjoy! Perfect for your Christmas party.

Matcha Chocolate Balls

  1. Pour the melted chocolate into the cavities of a half-sphere mold, making sure to remove excess chocolate. Let set.
  2. Fill one half with matcha, christmas sprinkles, mini M&M’s, and mini marshmallows. Seal it with a second hemisphere, warming the edges of the chocolate before joining them.
  3. Draw a Christmas tree on the spheres with the candy melts, and place a star sprinkle on top.
  4. Serve over a wide-mouthed cup and pour hot milk over top. Enjoy with cookies!
