  6. When your feta is finished baking, carefully use a fork to mash the feta and cherry tomatoes into a creamy sauce. 
  7. Add cooked noodles to the dish and toss mixture so everything is covered in sauce.

  3. Whisk the egg white with a stand mixer. When the egg white is frothy, slowly add sifted sugar and cornstarch.
  4. Add your choice of food coloring (Recommend gel food coloring)
  5. Continue to whisk on high until stiff peaks form.
  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, scoop egg white mixture and form a dome in the center of the pan.
  7. Let bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy this heavenly treat!

Lunchbox Cakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Make your cake mix batter and pour into four greased 4 inch circle baking pans. Bake for 25-28 minutes. (If you do not have a 4 inch baking pans, pour batter onto a greased sheet pan. After baking you can use a 4 inch cookie cutter or a stencil to cut out your circles.)
  3. Once your cakes are baked and have cooled you can prepare your buttercream.
  4. In a mixturer, cream unsalted butter until it is light and fluffy.
  5. Slowly add confectioners sugar into the mixturer on its lowest speed.
  6. Next add vanilla and milk. Whip American buttercream for about 5 minutes. 
  7. Add desired food coloring to buttercream. 
  8. Using a serrated knife carefully level the tops of your cakes. 
  9. Frost your mini cake on a piece of parchment paper and decorate with a fun design! 
  10. Place your mini cake into a small togo box and enjoy it with a friend or family member!
