Burning Love Cocktail

  1. Place ice, 1 oz white rum, raspberry syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker, add the lid and shake for a few seconds to chill.
  2. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  3. Cut the hull off three strawberries, then make a V-shaped cut on the top of each to shape them into hearts.
  4. Place the strawberries on a cocktail pick and place it over the cocktail.
  5. Place a cocktail spoon over the surface of the cocktail and carefully layer remaining rum over the cocktail. Carefully light the rum on fire with a lighter or match.
  6. Place a small plate or saucer over the glass to put out the flame. Enjoy the cocktail once the flames are fully put out.

For the cocktail:

  1. Blend frozen strawberries, strawberry ice cream, milk and Irish cream liqueur.
  2. Serve in a mason jar.

For the garnish:

  1. Top with whipped cream.
  2. Cut jumbo marshmallows with a medium heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  3. Cut standard marshmallows with a small heart-shaped cookie cutter.
  4. Insert pink marshmallow cutouts through white marshmallow outlines (or alternate colors depending on the desired look).
  5. Write a Valentine’s day-themed message (e.g. “xoxo”) with red edible marker in the center of the marshmallows.
  6. Add heart sprinkles and enjoy with a festive straw!

  1. Pour raspberry syrup on the outside of a champagne glass.
  2. Drop dried rose petals over it to decorate it.
  3. Sugar the rim.
  4. Mix ice, red wine, lemon juice and rose syrup in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  5. Serve in the champagne glass.
  6. Garnish with a rose petal and enjoy!

Strawberry Shooters

For the cocktail:

  1. Place melted dark chocolate on a shallow plate. Roll rims of shot glasses in chocolate to coat.
  2. Mix 1/3 total strawberry milk, Irish cream liqueur and vodka in each glass.

For the garnish:

  1. Insert a skewer into the bottom of a strawberry, with the pointed end upwards.
  2. Starting at the bottom, make a small slit without cutting all the way through.
  3. Repeat on the other 3 sides of the fruit until you have four “petals” at the base.
  4. Starting above the row you made, between two petals, make another slit and curl back the petal.
  5. Repeat on the other 3 sides of the strawberry.
  6. Remove the skewer and insert a cocktail pick through the back of the strawberry.
  7. Repeat steps 1-6 twice more to create three strawberry rose garnishes.
  8. Garnish each shot with a strawberry rose cocktail pick and enjoy!

  1. Add the egg white, lemon juice, grenadine and gin to your shaker.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds. This helps the egg white become frothy, helping create the creamy texture of the drink.
  3. Add ice to an old fashioned glass.
  4. Strain your drink into your old fashioned glass.
  5. Cut a heart-shaped stencil out of construction paper, place over your glass, and sprinkle with freshly grated cinnamon. Cheers!
