  1. To make the batter: Mix eggs, milk, melted unsalted butter, baking powder, and pancake mix until incorporated.
  2. Insert a wooden skewer into a boiled egg, coat with all-purpose flour, and then dunk in the batter. Fry in vegetable oil for 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all eggs are fried.
  3. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise to taste!

  1. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until they double in size.
  2. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks with salt, cream of tartar, and flour. Add the egg whites and gently fold them in with a spatula.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a frying pan over medium-low. Add the eggs and cook for 3 minutes. Fold in half and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Mix avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve the fluffy eggs with the avocado mixture and a sprinkling of chopped chives.

  1. Preheat the oven to 300ºF.
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
  3. Grease a 12-piece silicone cupcake mold. Place the egg whites in half of the cavities, and the yolks in the other half. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a deep tray. Pour water in the tray, until it comes to the middle of the cups. Bake for 13, then unmold. 
  4. Place the cooked yolks in a bowl. Add the cream cheese, mustard, sriracha sauce and salt, and mix until fully combined. Transfer to a piping bag with a star tip. 
  5. Pipe the yolk mixture onto each egg white. Garnish with chopped chives, and it will be ready for the party!

  1. Preheat the oven to 300ºF.
  2. Grease a cupcake mold with nonstick spray. Place defrosted fries in each compartment, fully covering the sides of the cup.

  1. Break the eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Mix the yolks and place them in a condiment squeeze bottle.
  3. Coat a pan with nonstick spray and heat over low. Draw stars with the yolks, then pour in the egg whites. Cook for 6 minutes, fill with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, salt, and pepper. Fold and serve with chopped chives.
