Espresso Tonic Bomb

  1. Transfer the espresso to a small shot glass. 
  2. In a large drinking glass, add as much tonic water as desired. 
  3. When ready to serve, drop the shot glass of espresso into the tonic water. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy immediately!

Tiramisú in a Glass

  1. Coat the cups of a six cavity, half-sphere silicone mold with the melted chocolate. Use a brush for ease. Let harden, then apply a second layer. Chill for 5 minutes, then unmold.
  2. Divide the tiramisu evenly among six wine glasses. For a mess-free transfer, invert the glass, and press it directly into the cake, cutting a portion out. Flip the glass right side up, wipe off the rim, and you’re ready to go!
  3. Rest a chocolate half-sphere on the top of each wine glass. When ready to serve, pour a small amount of hot espresso in each sphere so the chocolate melts into the cake. Enjoy!

Orange Coffee

Directions:

  1. Carefully peel the orange using a spoon, leaving the peel as intact as possible.
  2. Place the orange in a glass and muddle. Then, add half of the orange peel over the glass and pierce with a toothpick.
  3. Add the ground coffee to the orange peel and slowly pour hot water over, allowing it to filter. Water should be between 160-190ºF.
  4. Stir the mixture and enjoy hot!

Italian Iced Coffee

  1. Pour half of the espresso into a large glass bottle. Freeze horizontally for at least 4 hours, allowing the coffee to freeze on one side of the bottle rather than at the bottom.
  2. Add remaining espresso and sugar to the bottle, and shake until the coffee is chilled.
  3. Serve immediately with cream to taste.

  1. Rest the chocolate bar on a small glass, and pull a shot of espresso directly on the chocolate, melting it into the glass.
  2. Transfer to a blender, and blitz the flavored coffee with ice and milk until you achieve a frappé-like consistency.
  3. Rim a glass with chocolate syrup. Pour the mix inside, then top with whipped cream and Oreo crumbs.

Crème Brûlée Coffee

  1. Sprinkle sugar over the half orange, and caramelize the sugar with a blowtorch or a hot spoon until a golden crust forms. Then, remove the sugar crust with tweezers.
  2. Serve the Americano coffee with milk foam and add the caramelized sugar crust. Enjoy!

Cold Brew Negroni

Directions:

  1. Add the ground coffee to a moka pot coffee maker. Pour the red vermouth over the grounds and bring it to a boil until to brew.
  2. Pour the coffee infusion into two glasses with ice. Add Campari and gin to both, then stir. Garnish with a twist. Cheers!

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle caramel along the sides of the coffee pot. 
  2. Place the coffee grounds on the filter in the machine and add more caramel and the milk. Leave to brew. 
  3. Drizzle extra caramel on the glass, add whipped cream. Serve the caramel coffee and enjoy!
