Customized Chocolate Box

  1. Divide the candy melts into piping bags by color.
  2. Fill 4 So Yummy by Bella Chocolate Molds as follows: green candy melts for the Christmas trees, brown for the gingerbread men, and white for the remaining molds.
  3. Refrigerate the molds for 10 minutes or until set. Unmold the chocolates.
  4. Decorate the Christmas trees by attaching star sprinkles and pearls with a bit of green candy melt.
  5. For the gingerbread men, use red candy melts to make the bow and decorate the buttons with red sprinkles.
  6. Personalize the white chocolates as desired and place them in a decorative box. They will make the perfect gift for Christmas!

Santa’s Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. Beat the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and egg for 6 minutes until fluffy. Add vanilla, baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Portion the dough into 3 oz balls. Place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and, cooling, make a small divot in the center using a measuring spoon. Let cool.
  5. Take 2 So Yummy by Bella Chocolate Molds, the snowflake and star shapes, and fill them with white chocolate. Let set in the fridge. 
  6. Unmold the chocolates and place them in the cookie dents. Highlight the lines of the chocolates with blue candy melts. Place them on a plate and serve with a glass of milk. Santa will love them!

Swirled Strawberries

  1. Melt the white chocolate in the So Yummy by Bella Mini Dipper, stirring occasionally until completely smooth.
  2. Once melted, use red and green candy melts to add both horizontal and vertical lines across the surface of the white chocolate.
  3. Using a skewer, dip the strawberries into the chocolate, turning it to fully coat. 
  4. Serve the decorated strawberries on a wooden board, and pair them with your favorite holiday cookies, pretzels, berries, peppermint candies, and marshmallows. Add a decorative bow to the board for a festive and personalized touch!

Peppermint Cocoa Dippers

  1. Melt the chocolate in the So Yummy by Bella Mini Dipper.
  2. Insert a peppermint candy cane into each marshmallow.
  3. Dip half of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and immediately cover with crushed peppermint candy. Repeat this process with all the marshmallows.
  4. Add a ribbon with a note to each candy cane and use it to complement a cup of hot chocolate!

Xmas Tree Cake Bites

  1. Mix the cake mix with the matcha, eggs, vegetable oil, and milk until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a squeeze bottle. 
  2. Pour the mixture into the preheated So Yummy by Bella Tree Mini Maker, close it, and cook for 2 minutes. Make sure to cool the So Yummy by Bella Tree Mini Maker each time before making a new batch of Christmas trees. 
  3. Melt the chocolate in the So Yummy by Bella Mini Dipper. Take a tree and cover half of it with melted chocolate. You can also use a fork to drizzle chocolate over the tree. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles.
  4. Once ready, place them in an empty cookie box and add a large ribbon for gifting!
