Directions:

1. Preheat the Oven

● Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease the So Yummy by Bella Nonstick Muffin Pan with a bit of olive oil or cooking spray to ensure easy release.

2. Prepare the Sweet Potato Nests

1. Place the grated sweet potatoes in a large bowl.
2. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
3. Divide the sweet potato mixture evenly among the 1312 muffin cups. Use your
hands or a spoon to press the mixture down and up the sides to form "nests" with a hollow center.

3. Bake the Nests

● Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the sweet potato nests are slightly crispy.

4. Add the Eggs

1. Carefully remove the muffin pan from the oven.
2. Crack one egg into the center of each sweet potato nest. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over each egg.
3. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the
egg whites are set and the yolks are slightly runny (adjust the time for firmer yolks).

5. Garnish and Serve

● Allow the nests to cool for 2-3 minutes, then carefully remove them from the pan using a spoon.
● Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for a pop of color and flavor. Use your 13th nest as a tester, to make Sure the bake is perfect!

Tips:

● Cheese Option: Sprinkle a bit of shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese on top of the nests during the last 5 minutes of baking for an extra savory touch.
● Make-Ahead Friendly: Bake the sweet potato nests in advance, then reheat and add fresh eggs before serving.
● Veggie Boost: Add sautéed spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers to the bottom of the nests before cracking in the eggs for extra nutrition.

These Sweet Potato Egg Nests are not only beautiful to look at but also bursting with
flavor and wholesome ingredients. The So Yummy by Bella Nonstick Muffin Pan
ensures perfectly shaped, easy-to-remove nests every time, making this recipe as

effortless as it is delicious!

What Is pork broth?

Borsch—a sour and hearty soup that’s loved especially throughout Eastern Europe—is the national dish of Ukraine and a staple in nearly every household. There are four main categories of borsch in Ukraine: red, green, white, and cold (kholodnyk). Borsch is eaten at weddings and funerals, can be served hot or cold, and can be as thick as a stew or thin as a consommé. It can also be almost any color, and the correct hue of borsch is often a hotly contested topic.
