If you’ve been craving an iced coffee — and simply can’t get out of bed (Mondays, am I right?) — you may be in luck. Starbucks has partnered up with Postmates for a deal that’s hard to refuse, but it’s only going to last until Tuesday, June 26th.
According to Thrillist, who confirmed with a Starbucks rep, you can snag a free Starbucks tall iced coffee through the Postmates app. Warning: There’ll be a delivery fee, so it makes more sense in a situation where you’d be ordering multiple drinks, and not just one for yourself. But hey — a situation where you just want to have an iced coffee without getting into a car or walking down the street may very well be worth that $5.99. We’ve all been there before.
Postmates is a delivery service that’s available in a bunch of big cities throughout America, with a strong focus in California. On the East Coast, those who live in New York City or Washington, D.C. are already big fans of the popular service. It’s incredibly convenient for food delivery, as well as groceries. The company started up in 2011 with a mission to “empower communities to shop local with no waiting.”

First, open the Postmates app on your phone and search for your local Starbucks. You should see something called “Iced Coffee Promotion” after selecting. It’s just that easy.
Even better, the app will give you a good ballpark about when you should expect the coffee, meaning you can go on with your morning — or at least, know when to throw a robe on to greet the delivery person.
Again, the promotion ends on June 26th, so you’ll want to take advantage of it while you still can.
