Starbucks Just Gave Cookie Straws The PSL Treatment, And Honestly, We Can’t Even Hate It

It’s almost that special time of year: fall. Which really means one thing: it’s almost pumpkin spice latte season. Everyone’s favorite autumnal drink is coming back to Starbucks faster than you can say “extra whip, please.” Grocery store aisles are about to be a sea of orange and pumpkin-flavored everything, and we’re not even mad about it. The first official day of fall isn’t until September 22nd, but we have a feeling that the hot and cold PSL coffee drinks will be back well before then. (Last year, the PSL came back to Starbucks on September 5th.) While we still don’t know the exact return date for 2018, we bet it’ll be pretty soon.

But this year, the PSL isn’t the only pumpkin-themed product Starbucks has up their pumpkin-spiced sleeves. Bustle reports that on August 8th, the chain announced that they teamed up with Keurig to sell all kinds of yummy PSL-themed products at the grocery store. And we’re most excited for their PSL dessert: Pumpkin Spice Cookie Straws.

Each Pumpkin Spice Cookie Straw is a “toasted, white chocolatey rolled wafer cookie” flavored with pumpkin spices. Meaning this fall, you’ll be able to sip on your PSL with a PSCS. Or, you know, just eat them on their own as snacks. Both are very valid options.

Starbucks and Keurig have a bunch of pumpkin treats coming our way.

For starters, you’ll also be able to buy Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Flavored Ground Coffee. So on days when you can’t make it to the store, you can get your pumpkin spice grind on at home.

Keurig users will be able to purchase Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Flavored Ground Coffee K-Cup Pods and Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Caffe Latte K-Cup Pods. You’ll have even MORE ways to live that PSL life at home.

And if you head over to the refrigerated aisle at the grocery store, you’ll soon find chilled, ready-to-drink PSLs in bottles. We suggest stocking up because once PSLs are gone, they’re gone.
