Tamera Mowry Says That Sister Tia’s Breast Milk Tastes Like A Latte, And WHAT?!

Tia and Tamera Mowry have taken their Sister, Sister bond to a whole ‘nother level. On the March 4th episode of The Real, Tamera Mowry said twin sister Tia’s breast milk tasted like a latte, and wait — how did we get on this topic?

Tamera was asked by her The Real cohosts to explain a video both she and Tia had uploaded to their Instagram accounts in late February.

In the video, a super-filtered Tamera gushes, “Oh my gosh. Tia, this is amazing. Your breast milk is the best milk I’ve ever tried in my life.”

In her caption, Tia, who gave birth to her second baby Cairo in June 2018, explains that Tamera was “desperate for some healing.”

According to some, the white blood cells in breast milk have magical healing properties. So, the Mowry sisters obviously decided to test the theory.

“It was actually better than mine,” Tamera told her cohosts during the show’s “Girl Talk” segment. “Mine tasted a little bit more like chai tea. Hers tasted like vanilla latte.”

Tamera also disclosed that she had tried Tia’s breast milk when she gave birth to her first child Cree in 2011.

However, this time around, Tia gave Tamera a whopping four ounces of the stuff, which amounts to about half a cup.

“I want it as a creamer,” Tamera said of Tia’s breast milk. “I want to put it in my coffee.”

We get that they’re twins and all. But honestly, we’re with Loni Love on this one.

And did it end up healing Tamera’s illness?

Um — not really. “It helped me a little bit,” the host said.

She thinks that if she had drank more, perhaps she would have experienced more of the healing power.

Unsurprisingly, people are a little put off by Tamera’s praise for her sister’s breast milk. It’s a lot to absorb.

Guys, stop bringing Jeopardy into this conversation. They don’t correlate.

Some are choosing to ignore. If we didn’t see the headline, it didn’t happen.

For others, it’s too late. They’ve already seen too much.

TMI, Tia and Tamera. TMI.

But this conversation also raises the question, why is weird to try breast milk when it’s completely normal to drink cow’s milk? Thoughts?

“You got to think if it’s good for a baby it will be excellent for an adult,” this Twitter user says in a followup tweet. We suppose…

This debate will probably never end. There are those who will forever think drinking breast milk is gross —

And others will use science (or scientific theories) to justify. Let’s all agree to disagree, shall we?

If Tia and Tamera are brave enough to try their twin’s breast milk, then so be it. Who are we to judge?

And hey — we’re glad the breast milk treatment helped (even if it was just a little bit). Tia and Tamera took one for science.

We’re not sure we would have the guts to drink four ounces of breast milk, despite it tasting like chai tea or a vanilla latte.

We’ll just stick to our soy coffee creamer, thank you.
