Katherine Schwarzenegger Knows That The Best Way To Show Off Your Engagement Ring Is To Hold A Coffee Cup

Just hours after Chris Pratt announced his engagement to Katherine Schwarzenegger (yes, Arnold’s daughter), the bride-to-be was spotted out and about in rainy Los Angeles with the ring. Clearly, Katherine is no amateur and knows that — rain or shine — holding a cup of coffee is the perfect way to show off some bling. Just think of the cup as the background for a perfect Instagram photo.

If you’re confused, having had no idea these two were dating, you’re certainly not alone. According to People, their romance is fairly new and developed this past summer, almost a year after Pratt and Anna Faris announced that they were divorcing. Though, with Schwarzenegger and Pratt’s relationship only a few months along, it seems that the two have really connected. “Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes!” Chris wrote alongside a photo of the two embracing, with the engagement ring placed firmly on Katherine’s finger. “I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go! 💍🙏♥️”

In response, Katherine posted the same photo, writing, “My sweet love. Wouldn’t want to live this life with anyone but you ♥️💍”

In the comments of their engagement announcement, Schwarzenegger’s mom, Maria Shriver, wrote, “Congratulations to two loving kind caring thoughtful Spiritual people. We are so happy for you you are blessed as is everyone who knows you yes let’s go.”

In Chris’s comments, Schwarzenegger’s brother, Patrick, wrote, “Love you brother.” Clearly, Pratt is already a beloved part of the Schwarzenegger family.

Anna Faris, Pratt’s ex-wife, even commented on the engagement photo, writing, “I’m so happy for you both!! Congratulations!”
