Kendall Jenner Wore A Bikini During A Cooking Lesson With Her Mom — Yes, Really

When learning family recipes — concoctions that have been perfected by one’s elders; eaten and cherished by loved ones for generations — one must wear a teeny-weeny bikini. Sorry, we don’t make the rules. Fans are flipping their lids about the swimsuit Kendall Jenner wore while learning mom Kris’s famous guacamole recipe. She’s just following tradition, people! Jeez!

“Learning moms recipe,” Jenner captioned her March 30th Instagram post. The model is pictured in the smallest string bikini we’ve ever seen, standing next to her mother in the kitchen.

Just because *our* mothers would drape a dish towel over our chest and nervously say, “Didn’t I get you a nice beach coverup for your birthday? Why aren’t you wearing it?” doesn’t mean Jenner’s dynamic with her mother is wrong. Kris is her daughters’ “momager,” after all, and knows the value of a great vacation bikini pic. Being almost-naked while absorbing Kris’s go-to guac recipe is just a weird choice, is all. At least, that’s what some of Jenner’s Instagram followers think.

“I, too, cook in the kitchen & learn my mother’s recipes in a teeny tiny bikini. What a coincidence,” one follower commented. Ha — yes. Same here. It’s the only way to retain valuable information pertinent to preserving family history.

If you’re wondering, Jenner is wearing the Uma and Jane set from Sommer Swimwear, both in the color Hot Mustard. And unsurprisingly, the bottoms are barely-there, described on the site as having a “cheeky g-string back.”

Kendall! You’re wearing a g-string in front of your mother? We’re blushing for you!

Clearly, Kris doesn’t seem phased. She’s much too busy focusing on creating the perfect dip — a dip so perfect, in fact, it was featured on FABLife:

It’s a layered guacamole dip that starts with a guac base, and is then topped with sour cream, cheese, salsa, green onion, and black olives. And it’s a much-loved fave from In the Kitchen with Kris.

Let’s be thankful Kris and Kendall were only making guacamole. If they were cooking with boiling water or heat, bikini-clad Jenner could have sustained a burn!

In fact, Jenner is seemingly often dressed in a bikini at inappropriate times. Here she is, taunting frostbite, wearing a bikini in the middle of December.

And here, she’s wearing a bikini in the middle of a city on a cloudy day. Dude, where’s the beach?

But hey — who are we to judge? We’re glad Jenner feels great in a bikini no matter the time, place, or situation.

And who knows? Maybe learning family recipes in a bikini is all part of the Jenner-Kardashian tradition. We wouldn’t be shocked if that was the case, actually.

However, some common courtesy on behalf of the rest of us would be much appreciated. Just give us some warning, Kendall.
