Nicki Minaj Called Miley Cyrus A “Purdue Chicken” For This Sad Reason

We guess Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus didn’t learn anything from Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, who recently ended their long-standing feud. Minaj called Cyrus a “Purdue chicken” on Beats 1 Queen Radio on June 21st, which was honestly the most mild thing Minaj said about her rival during that interview. This is one heck of a yikes situation, folks. Buckle up.

“A Purdue chicken can never talk s$%t about queens,” Minaj said after Cyrus’s recent song “Cattitude” was brought up, in which Cyrus sings, “I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi.”

Minaj continued, “But I do know there’s a lot of Purdue chickens recently that been trying to say a queen’s name for clout, and that’s always been happening. And that’s what she did in the first place, and then she cried the white girl cry and made black girl seem like she was a bad guy.”

“She disrespected me in a magazine article for no reason,” Minaj said, dropping the bomb: “I had just seen her after she was sucking Mike WiLL’s d@#k in the studio,” implying that Cyrus was hooking up with the music producer, whom she worked on “23” with back in 2013. “Now you coming out with pink wigs, all you b!@#$^s wanna be Nicki,” she continued per Refinery29.

Why “Purdue chicken,” you ask? We have a feeling the diss has something to do with the nude latex outfit Cyrus wore during that now-infamous 2013 performance with Robin Thicke.

Like… She’s not wrong, per se…

Um. Same.

The magazine article Minaj brought up is Cyrus’s 2015 New York Times interview, in which Cyrus provided her opinion to Minaj’s calling out of the VMAs for over-representing white female artists.

“You made it about you,” Cyrus said in the interview. “Not to sound like a bitch, but that’s like, ‘Eh, I didn’t get my VMA.’”

And to that, Minaj retorted the famous line, “Miley, what’s good?” at the 2015 VMAs, which Cyrus hosted. We all nearly had a heart attack.

Now that Cyrus has officially declared her loyalty to Cardi B, who is also feuding with Minaj, it’s safe to say this rivalry isn’t budging. And we hate to say it, but… we’re eating this nonsense up.

We’ve never heard an insult quite this unique. And although we don’t condone pitting women against each other, we have to give Minaj credit where credit is due.

If we were Cyrus, we honestly wouldn’t know how to respond to that. Perhaps not responding is the best option.

Minaj stans and Cyrus fans are coming to their respective defenses. In one corner, we have the Purdue chicken supporters:

Nothing but respect for OUR Purdue chicken. Can we get an amen?

And then we have those who support Minaj in the other corner. She hit the nail on the head, they argue.

It’s proving hard not to laugh at the dig. We’re SORRY, Miley!

This meme has never hit harder than in this moment. Wow.

But what does the *true* victim here have to say about this drag? “We don’t know nothing about beef.”

Today has been too much. It’s time for us to log off.
