Egg Cars
Difficulty: Easy • 1 Serving • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 bell pepper
1 bag french fries
2 egg
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 simple truth breakfast sausage
Directions:
Chop french fries into small pieces then add them to a small bowl, add your egg to the bowl and mix well.
Form mixture into a hash brown patty, and cook in a pan on medium/ high heat until golden brown and set aside.
Cut bell pepper into rings and add 1 ring into an oiled skillet on medium heat, add egg to the center and season with salt, pepper, and cover for 3-5 minutes until eggs are cooked, set aside.
Cook breakfast sausage until browned. On top of sausages place hash brown, then add bell pepper with egg inside on top! Enjoy.
Waffle Truck
Difficulty: Easy • 2 Servings • Total Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 box Krusteaz waffle mix
4 Entenmann’s doughnuts
1 bag french fries
1 egg
1 pack Aidells Chicken & Apple Smoked Chicken Sausage
Directions:
Follow box instructions to make 2-3 waffles
Chop french fries into small pieces then add them to a small bowl, add your egg to the bowl and mix well.
Form mixture into a hash brown patty, and cook in a pan on medium/ high heat until golden brown and set aside.
Cook chicken sausage for 5 minutes.
Place a doughnut on the end of each sausage and repeat with 2 more doughnuts and one sausage, and set doughnut wheels in front of each other.
Cut waffles into 3 sizes stacking from largest to smallest and place in between sausage.
Tanker Truck
Difficulty: Easy • 2 Servings • Total Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Tortilla wrap
2 eggs
1 cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 chicken sausage diced
½ cup cheddar cheese
4 chicken sausage
Hash Brown patty cut in half
Directions:
Scramble your eggs and season with salt,and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat add your eggs and then place tortilla on top and let cook for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked.
Add peppers and sausage to the pan and saute on high heat for 4 minutes.
Add peppers, sausage, and cheese to the tortilla and wrap into a burrito.
Use breakfast links as wheels and place your burrito on top.
Use hash brown as the hood of your tanker truck. Enjoy!
