Spicy Chicken Meatballs:

Difficulty: Easy • Yields # servings: 18 • Total Time:30 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili
  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat. 
    2. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili. 
    3. Shape into balls roughly 1”-1.5” in diameter, and place in a single layer, spaced apart.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
    5. Drizzle about ⅓ teaspoon of Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili on each meatball, skewer with a toothpick, and serve!

Air Fryer Arancini

Difficulty: Easy • Yields # servings: 16 • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle
  • 2 cups prepared risotto, chilled
  • 3.5 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Form the chilled risotto into balls about 1”-1.5” in diameter.
  2. Press one cube of mozzarella into the center of each ball, and reform the ball to create a smooth surface.
  3. Roll each ball in the Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle, then coat with the breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in the drawer of an air fryer, working in batches if necessary. Cook at 400ºF for ten minutes, or until golden and crispy. 

Cheesy Truffle Cauliflower Gratin

Difficulty: Easy • Yields # servings: 12 • Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups cheese sauce, divided
  • ¾ cup gruyere, shredded
  • ¼ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. 
  2. In a medium sized casserole dish, pour ⅔ cup of the cheese sauce. Spread evenly.
  3. Add the cauliflower, and cover with the remaining sauce.
  4. Combine the gruyere and breadcrumbs and sprinkle evenly over the top. Add a drizzle of Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until the top is browned. Remove from over and serve warm.

Fluffy Duchess Potatoes

Difficulty: Easy • Yields # servings:18 • Total Time: 45

Ingredients:  

  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle
  • 2 ½ lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 egg yolks

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
  2. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes and mix with butter, cream, and yolks until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 2”-3” swirls onto the baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops have browned. Drizzle each piece with ⅓ tsp Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle, and serve warm!

Omelette Rice

Difficulty: Medium • Yields # servings: 10 • Total Time: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ tablespoon Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • ¾ cup vegetable fried rice

Directions:

  1. In a medium frying pan over medium heat, add the eggs and swirl to fully coat the pan,
  2. Once the top has begun to set, add the fried rice to the center
  3. Carefully fold the egg over the rice, forming into an omelette shape.
  4. Transfer the omelette to a plate, drizzle with Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili, and enjoy!

Chili Honey Chimichurri

Difficulty: Medium • Yields # servings: 12 • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili
  • 2 cups flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium shallot, minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar. 
  2. Screw on the lid and shake to combine. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Spoon over chuck roast, and serve!

Honey Glazed Chicken Pops

Difficulty: Medium • Yields # servings: 12 • Total Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili
  • 10 chicken drumettes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Cut around the base of the chicken drumette and carefully invert to create a lollipop shape.
  3. Roll each lollipop in Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Hot Chili, and arrange on the baking sheet spaced apart.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes and serve warm.
