Waffle Fry Sliders
Difficulty: Easy • 4 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
3 slices Kraft Singles American Cheese Slices
4 slices Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon
Claussen Kosher Dill Pickle Sandwich Slices
HEINZ® Tomato Ketchup
HEINZ® 100% Natural Yellow Mustard
KRAFT® Real Mayonnaise
1lb ground beef, seasoned
1 Roma tomato, sliced
Romaine lettuce
1 package frozen waffle fries
Directions:
Slice Kraft Singles into quarters and divide ground beef into 2 inch patties.
Cook beef patties. Once patties have been cooked and flipped, place quartered cheese slice on each and allow to melt. Transfer patties to a plate.
Cook Oscar Mayer bacon, cut slices in half, and place on a paper towel lined plate.
Cook frozen waffle fries according to package instructions.
Slice Claussen pickles in half so that they are slider sized.
Assemble sliders: between two waffle fries, place one patty, one tomato slice, a small piece of romaine lettuce, one pickle half, and one piece of bacon. Skewer on a toothpick to hold everything in place. Repeat with the remaining patties.
Place Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Heinz Yellow Mustard, and Kraft Real Mayonnaise in small bowls for easy dipping.

Grilled Skillet Bacon Mac and Cheese
Difficulty: Easy • 3 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 box VELVEETA® Shells and Cheese
4 slices Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon, cooked
1 jalapeno, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
Directions:
Boil 6 cups of water. Add Velveeta Shells and Cheese shells and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and stir in cheese packet. Transfer to a cast iron skillet.
Chop Oscar Mayer Bacon into bite sized pieces.
Add bacon, jalapeno, and green onions to the skillet. Place skillet on a grill until warm and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy this hearty and comforting meal.
Jalapeno Popper Meatballs
Difficulty: Easy • 10 Servings • Total Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
Meatballs
4 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon, cooked and finely chopped
2 lbs ground beef
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup milk
¼ cup yellow onion, finely chopped
3 jalapenos, seeded and diced
Queso
12 oz VELVEETA® Original Cheese
10 oz canned diced tomatoes and chilis
Directions:
Using a melon baller, scoop small balls of Philadelphia Cream Cheese onto a parchment lined sheet tray and freeze.
To make the meatballs: in a large bowl, combine Oscar Mayer Bacon, beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion and jalapenos. Mix until well combined. Use an ice cream scoop to form 1.5 inch meatballs.
Flatten each ball into a disk, place a frozen cream cheese ball in the center, and form the meatball mixture around it.
Grill meatballs until cooked through.
To make 2 ingredient queso: combine Velveeta Original Cheese with diced tomatoes and chilis in a saucepan. Stir constantly on medium low heat until melted and combined.
Serve meatballs with toothpicks and queso sauce. Your guests will devour this flavored-packed appetizer!
Smoked Cream Cheese Duo
Difficulty: Easy • 10 Servings • Total Time: 2 Hours
Ingredients:
Smoked cream cheese
16 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
BBQ rub
Everything bagel seasoning
Tortilla chips
10 corn tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil
To serve
Hot honey
Fresh veggies
Sliced baguette
Directions:
Unwrap and place two blocks on Philadelphia Cream Cheese in a cast iron skillet. Score diagonally with a knife. Brush with oil. Dust one block with BBQ rub and the other with everything bagel seasoning. TIP: Get creative with your flavor combinations! This will work with any of your favorite seasonings!
Smoke at 200 degrees Farenheit for 2 hours or grill at 350 for 15 minutes.
For easy homemade tortilla chips: preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Stack and cut tortillas using an apple corer. Arrange on a baking sheet and toss with oil. Bake until golden and crispy, about 12 to 15 minutes.
Drizzle smoked cream cheese with hot honey and serve with homemade tortilla chips, fresh veggies, and bread.
Smash Burger Tacos
Difficulty: Easy • 8 Servings • Total Time: 20 Minutes
To prepare burger sauce: add Kraft Real Mayo, Heinz Ketchup, Heinz Mustard, and the brine from a jar of Claussen pickles to a bowl. Whisk to combine.
Place a 4oz ball of ground beef on a hot griddle. Place a flour tortilla on top and press with a burger press until beef reaches the edges of the tortilla. Cook for 5 minutes and flip. Top with a Kraft Singles slice and cook until meat is cooked through, cheese is melted, and tortilla is crispy. Repeat with remaining beef.
Dress each burger taco with a spoonful of burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Serve and enjoy!
