McDonald’s Is Bringing Back Its Best Deal Yet — It’s A Christmas Miracle!

If you want a lot of yummy food for a small amount of money, you’re probably quite familiar with McDonald’s. The company has had a few amazing deals these past few months, and it’s been hard not to participate. Especially since their Quarter Pounders with Cheese are now made with fresh beef, and literally taste better than ever. I specifically mention the Quarter Pounder since that’s one of the major players of this popular deal. In short, you might be eating a lot of them in the next few weeks. (Sorry, resolutions!)

You’re probably familiar with the deal from the past — it’s the 2 for $5 Mix and Match deal, and yes, that includes quarter pounders. According to Delish, you can also grab the deal with the Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish, and a 10-piece set of unbeatable Chicken McNuggets. Variety is the spice of life, and this is a deal that every fast food fan can appreciate.

Plus, ’tis the season to be saving money. Did you go overboard this holiday season? Then this deal is a great way to recoup some of your money. If you’re traveling for Christmas with a car-load of impatient kids, it’s also a great way to feed them without too much struggle. Admit it — if the weather is bad and you’re heading to visit your in-laws, you need all the help you can get.

McDonald’s did an informal poll on Twitter back in September, and it seems like the most popular combo was a Big Mac and their 10-piece McNuggets.

Least popular? Two Filet-O-Fish sandwiches. But, that’s not too much of a shocker, even though this commercial jingle still gets into my head at least once a week.

The deal got people talking then, so chances are it’ll be welcomed back with open arms.

During an earlier deal, their chicken sandwich was part of the 2 For 5 promotion. But, it looks like it got axed in favor of the Quarter Pounder with Cheese.

Now, the bad news. It’s unclear as of right now how long this promo will be running, and much like the return of the McRib, it’ll only be in participating locations. (Even though there’s a pretty good chance at least one McDonald’s in your area will take part, as it’s pretty much one of their most popular deals.)

So, feel free to celebrate the holidays with a friend by popping into a McDonald’s. Even if you sadly have to go solo, it’s still well worth the trip. Both your stomach and your wallet will be thankful.
