Costco is known for a lot of things — their discounts, their gigantic bulk products that’ll make you never question whether or not you’re out of toilet paper, all the samples, and last but not least, their food. Grabbing some grub at Costco is definitely part of the whole experience, and their food court is incredibly popular. Where else can you grab a delicious hot dog and a large drink for under two bucks?
Even though the hot dog is one of Costco’s most popular products, they’re also known for their pizza. According to Business Insider, the superstore also serves as the 14th largest pizza chain in America. Since each pizza reportedly contains a pound of cheese, it makes sense as to why they’re so popular.
While their pizzas are in high demand, customers don’t have to wait too long to get a fresh pie. And that’s because many Costcos have a sauce spinning machine that not only helps evenly distribute sauce onto each pizza, but saves time while prepping. It’s almost like having an extra set of hands to help out.
The sauce hits the pizza in such a way that you could watch it for hours.
Is this REALLY how all Costco pizzas get sauce? If so I’ve been missing out. from r/Costco
Sure, robots can make a good pizza. But, it really needs that human touch to be amazing, which can be credited towards the (human) employees.

One customer went ahead and posted a similar video of the sauce spreader. Even from a different view, it still looks magical.
Don’t @ me but Costco Pizza by far the best pizza there is if we’re talking Midwest

For some, it’s even worthy of ruining a diet for. Hey, one slice should be fine.
Hhhhh my sister is bringing home Costco pizza with her boyfriend and I don’t know if I should some I’ll probably gain if I eat 1 slice hhhhhhhh

Some are even brave enough to admit they eat it three times a week. No judgment here.
I’ve had Costco pizza for lunch twice this week and so far I don’t regret it. Let’s see if three times changes that lol. 🍕🍕🍕

Hopefully these two worked out their differences. (And hey, that’s why the hot dog is on the menu — there’s something for everyone!)
I haven’t decided whether we’ll be done in by global warming or Costco pizza. pic.twitter.com/7uGd24rtzg

If you’re interested in owning your own pizzeria someday, maybe you’ll want to invest in one of these. Making consistently good pizza will always make customers come back for more. And with a sauce spinner, you can’t get more consistent than that.
Seriously, just look at those pepperonis. If you’re unsure about what to do for lunch today, may I suggest Costco?
And if not for lunch, at least for dinner.
Sorry, Pizza Hut and Domino’s — you’re special in your own way, but it might be a Costco take-out night tonight.
