Ingredients:
- 4 hot dogs, fully cooked
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 cup maple syrup, or enough to coat each dog
- optional: ketchup, mustard
Directions:
- Start heating the waffle iron. Build each hot dog, and add condiments if desired.
- Dunk the hot dogs in maple syrup, and arrange in the waffle iron.
- Close the lid, and cook until the syrup caramelizes, about 3 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the iron, and serve while warm!
