Khloé Kardashian Served The Strangest Pink Food At Her B-Day Party

Khloe kardashian bday food

Guests had no choice but to think pink at Khloé Kardashian’s 35th birthday party, which was yesterday, June 27th. From the outfits, to the decor, to the food, everything was doused in a shade of baby pink — including the mini grilled cheese sandwiches. Yup, that’s right. Khloé served bite-sized pink grilled cheeses at her b-day party, and honestly, we’re stealing that idea.

If you haven’t noticed, the Kardashian sisters have an affinity for the color pink. Kylie Jenner’s entire cosmetics and skin care line are bottled in a muted Barbie pink. Khloé’s entire Instagram feed follows a rosy-pink color scheme. Even baby True wears head-to-toe pink almost every day.

So, it’s really no shock that Khloé’s birthday party followed the same theme. However, it was a surprise to see that the pink scheme carried into her savory appetizers.

Khloé shared her pink grilled cheese sandwiches via her Instagram Stories. The little bite-sized treats looked like your standard triangular-shaped grilled cheeses. But inside, melted pink cheese replaced the regular old Kraft singles we know and love. And TBH, it’s utterly brilliant (no dairy pun intended).

We didn’t think grilled cheese could look any more appetizing than it already was. But there’s something about that shade of pink that makes us want to eat the entire tray.

When your nails match your grilled cheese… That’s a win.

Besides the pink grilled cheese, Khloé also treated her guests to an ice cream cart. It read, “I’m in love with the Koko,” on the front.

She also had pink cookies, cakes, and cake pops, available for guests to nibble on all night long. And her nickname “Koko” was pretty much printed on every single one.

Khloé even started her day with an array of pink donuts. Oh, and pink roses — roses on roses.

And don’t even think that she didn’t have two signature birthday drinks. One was called “Khlo Money Moves,” and the other was also called “I’m in love with the Koko.”

The cocktails were served with dry ice and in cups with Khloé’s face attached. All the cups had a classic Khloé quote on the front.

We’d definitely take home a stack of these cocktail napkins as souvenirs if we had been invited. That’s probably why we never received an invite.

If you want to pull a little inspo from Khloé’s birthday party for your own shindig, all you have to do is add a bit of pink food coloring (or a small amount of red food coloring) to shredded cheese.

Or, you can take a different route and add jam to the bread, for a savory and sweet take.

Adding red cabbage can also do the trick. Pickled red onions could also be a yummy addition to the old classic.

There’s really no wrong way to make a grilled cheese — especially a pink grilled cheese. Get creative!

We’re not the only ones who think Khloé may be a genius for serving pink grilled cheese at her party. The idea is officially on our “to copy for our party” list.

We want. We need.

We didn’t realize that pink grilled cheese was a vibe. But it definitely is.

And we will gladly do all of that and more. Serve ’em up.

Thank you, Khloé Kardashian, for giving us the food-inspo we needed today. Oh, and happy birthday!
