Khloé Kardashian Clapped Back Hard After People Criticized Her Post-Baby Diet And Weight Loss

As the internet knows, Khloé Kardashian has never been someone who is afraid to speak up against the people trying to tear her down — she always has a pretty epic comeback for anyone who tries to tell her how to live her life. So it’s not exactly surprising that Khloé just clapped back hard after people criticized her for her post-baby diet and weight loss. After showing off photos of her weight loss since giving birth to her first child, her daughter True, Khloé received some flack from some of her followers who felt she dropped the pounds a little too quickly. In true Kardashian form, she took to social media to defend herself.

The 33-year-old opened up on Twitter about the frustrations of seeing her weight loss being discussed by others who seemed to be judging her for her choices. She said, “I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets. It’s really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food.”

Khloé seems to be rejecting the idea that she went on some sort of crash diet to get her body back to the way it was before she was pregnant. Instead, she stressed that she only focuses on being healthy. In another tweet, she added, “Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long-lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individual’s own rhythm of life. There’s no one size fits all when [it comes to] health and fitness.”

Basically, her motto is “you do you, and you do what’s right for you — and that’s what I’m doing.” And to that, we applaud.

 

Since giving birth, Khloé hasn’t been shy when it comes to showing off her ways of getting back in shape. Just six weeks after delivering True, Khloé posted a video on her Snapchat where she showed off her stomach while standing in her personal gym. She said, “Five weeks after baby, feeling good. Muscle memory is a real thing because it’s still under there. Gotta tighten it all up!” And hey, that is her decision to work out and strive for specific goals.

She also talked about her post-baby workout routines on her app and website, where she wrote, “After I had True, I couldn’t wait to get back to the gym. I really missed it during my pregnancy. A good sweat sesh can do wonders for the mind.”

It seems like Khloé might be following in the low-carb footsteps of her sister, Kim Kardashian West, who is a huge fan of diets like Atkins. Earlier this month, Khloé posted a photo on Snapchat of herself at the gym, with a caption about her low-carb diet.

On her app, she wrote, “I’m currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist, Dr. Goglia, gave me. It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!”

Notice that Khloé isn’t telling her followers what to do. She’s not prescribing — rather, she’s sharing what works for her. The most important thing is that Khloé feels healthy, and it seems like she does. We love Khloé’s overall positive and healthy attitude towards dieting, food, and working out. It’s pretty clear that this new momma is dedicated to her fitness no matter what, and enjoys being that way. So let’s let the girl live!
