Who doesn’t love warm, gooey brownies? But are you tired of having brownies on their own? Well, step up your brownie game with these 5 delicious hacks!

Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookie

Prep Time: 2 mins

Complexity: Easy

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 12 Oreos
  • 1 package of store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough
  • A pan of brownies

Instructions:

  1. Individually place Oreos down on a baking sheet.
  2. Place a small brownie slice on top of each Oreo.
  3. Place flattened cookie dough on top of each brownie piece.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Cool & enjoy!

 

Molten-Center Brownie Cookie

Prep Time: 5 mins

Complexity: Easy

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 6 chocolate truffles
  • 1 packet of brownie mix
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Make your brownie mix according to the box instructions.
  2. Add ½ cup of flour and 1 egg to mix, mix thoroughly.
  3. Scoop up a tablespoon of dough, flatten, and wrap around the truffle.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Cool & enjoy!

 

Lava Cake

Prep Time: 2 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of brownie mix
  • 6 white chocolate truffles

Instructions:

  1. Make your brownie mix according to the box instructions.
  2. Pour ½ cup of mix into a greased ramekin.
  3. Place 1 white chocolate truffle in the middle of the ramekin.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Cool. Flip lava cake over on plate & enjoy!

 

Brownie Butter

Prep Time: 2 mins

Complexity: Easy

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of brownie mix
  • ⅓ cup warm water
  • ½ cup coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Make your brownies according to the box instructions.
  2. Process brownies in a food processor.
  3. Add ⅓ cup warm water, and process until water and batter are combined
  4. Gradually add coconut oil until all ingredients are combined
  5. Serve with fruit, pretzels, or anything else your heart desires!

 

Chocolate Coated Brownie Ice Cream Bowls

Prep Time: 5

Complexity: Easy

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of brownie mix
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • Ice cream
  • Ice cream toppings

Instructions:

  1. Make your brownie mix according to the box instructions.
  2. Scoop brownie mix into a muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 30 mins at 350°F.
  4. Press a measuring cup (¼ cup works best) into each brownie to create a bowl.
  5. Melt chocolate bar and coat the inside of each brownie bowl with melted chocolate.
  6. Chill bowls in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  7. When ready to serve, take bowls out of the freezer, top with ice cream and ice cream toppings.
  8. Enjoy!
