Krispy Kreme is back at it again. The past few years, the beloved North Carolina-based donut brand has been making sweet, sugary waves by announcing several new and iconic flavors. And how can we blame them when even their plain glazed donuts are just so darn tasty? They really know what they’re doing. And fortunately for us, we’re no stranger to delicious donuts — especially ones that contain a tasty filling. Last Halloween, when Krispy Kreme announced four new donuts for the holiday, there was one that was filled with “Monster Batter” (aka cake batter). Talk about sweet.
Plus, earlier this year, the brand experimented with *gasp* changing up their iconic glazed donuts. For the first time, they filled their glazed donuts with either Chocolate Kreme or Classic Kreme. And it turns out, that was just a tease of what was to come.
Starting August 5th (that’s today, ya’ll!), for a limited time, you can get Krispy Kreme’s TWO new filled donuts.

This new collab involves Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. So, you know that can only mean great things. Yep, we’re getting the delicious taste of donuts and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in one iconic treat that is so aggressively American.

We all love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups — and if you don’t, then you’re just lying to yourself. But sometimes, some of us like a little more chocolate or a little more peanut butter with our cup. Now, don’t you worry, because Krispy Kreme is already ahead of the curve. Bless them.
For peanut butter lovers, you can get the Reese’s Original Filled Peanut Butter Lovers Donut, which has more peanut butter than chocolate.
And for chocolate lovers, you can get their Reese’s Original Filled Chocolate Lovers Donut, which has more chocolate than peanut butter.
There is a god!
Krispy Kreme’s Chief Marketing Officer, Dave Skerna, said earlier in a press release statement, “if the technology exists to fill a Krispy Kreme doughnut with Reese’s Peanut Butter Kreme and Chocolate Kreme, then how could we not offer that to America? Well it does. So we are. And it’s amazing.” It’s a beautiful thing, indeed.
You can order a dozen of these new donuts as per usual, but the brand has also produced a special limited-run, two-pack box inspired by the recent collab.
You can customize your two-pack box to have one of each, or you can double up on the same flavor.
Fans have already sprinted to their nearest Krispy Kreme to try out the new flavors… and some are already disappointed.
A few people are reporting a lack of filling in their donuts.

Now, these are just sad. Beauty on the outside isn’t everything. We need beauty on the inside, too!
Where the heck is the filling?! Let’s just hope this is limited to a few locations and isn’t the reality for all of us.
It’s never a question when it comes to if Krispy Kreme is worth it. It’s always the question: Do I get a dozen donuts just for myself? And the answer is always yes.
