Poolside Peach Bellini

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 6 ounces sparkling wine
  • Gummy peach candy, for garnish

 

Directions: 

  1. In a blender, combine Malibu® Original and frozen peaches.
  2. Pour into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a peach candy.

 

Rum Palomas

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 15 minutes 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 4 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 8 ounces grapefruit soda
  • 1 lime, juiced

 

Directions:

  1. Carefully remove the top of the grapefruit, and remove the fruit inside, leaving the peel intact. Freeze for at least two hours.
  2. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Pack the frozen grapefruits with crushed ice, and strain the cocktail over top. Serve and enjoy!

 

Malibu® Rum-arita

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 3 ounces lime juice
  • 3 ounces triple sec
  • Orange slices, for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Strain into two salt rimmed glasses filled with ice, and garnish with a twisted orange slice.

 

White Rum-ssian

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 10-16 coffee ice cubes
  • 2 ounces half and half

 

Directions:

  1. Fill two rocks glasses with coffee cubes.
  2. Top off each glass with two ounces of Malibu® Original and one ounce of half and half. Enjoy!

 

Malibu® Smash

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup, plus more for garnish
  • Crushed lemon candy, for garnish

 

Directions: 

  1. In a mixing glass, add mint sprigs, lemon and simple syrup, and muddle well. Add Malibu® Original, and stir to combine.
  2. Rim two glasses with simple syrup and crushed lemon candy, then fill with ice.
  3. Strain the cocktail over ice, and serve.

 

Malibu® Mule

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 8 ounces ginger beer
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • Dried pineapple flowers, for garnish

 

Directions: 

  1. Fill two copper mugs with crushed ice.
  2. Pour two ounces of Malibu® Original into each mug. Top with a splash of pineapple juice and ginger beer, then garnish with a pineapple flower.

 

Malibu Cosmo

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 1 ½ ounces triple sec
  • 1 ½ ounces lime juice
  • 2 ounces cranberry juice
  • Blood orange slices, for garnish

 

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients (except orange slices) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until frosted.
  2. Strain into two chilled martini glasses, and garnish with a blood orange slice.

 

Malibu® Lime Julep

So Yummy

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 5 minutes 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Malibu® Original
  • 1 bunch mint, plus more for garnish
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 ounce simple syrup

 

Directions:

  1. In a mixing glass, muddle mint and simple syrup. Add lime juice and stir to combine.
  2. Strain the mixture into two cups packed with ice. Top with Malibu Original, and garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig.
