Vodka Lemonade Granita

Serves 8 people responsibly

Ingredients: 

• 4 lemons
• 1 lb strawberries
• ¼ cup Absolut® Juice Strawberry
• (optional: ¼ cup sugar)

Directions: 

1. Cut the lemons in half and core out.
2. Put one lemon’s fruit into the blender, add strawberries, Absolute® Juice Strawberry, and sugar if you like things a little sweeter!
3. Blend and pour mixture into a shallow dish (like a baking sheet).
4. Freeze for one hour and then fluff with a fork.
5. Freeze again for at least thirty minutes (preferably another hour or two) then serve in lemon halves!

Moscow Mule Float

Serves 1 person responsibly  

Ingredients: 

• 1 scoop lime sorbet (lemon also works!)
• 1 ginger beer (Fever Tree is our preferred brand)
• 2 oz Absolut® Juice Pear and Elderflower
• Lime 
• Mint

Directions:

1. Put sorbet in a copper mug and then add the ginger beer and Absolut® Juice.
2. Top with lime and mint, enjoy!.

Tropical Sunset Pops

Serves 12 people responsibly

Ingredients:

• 12 Freezer pops (a tropical variety works best for this recipe, but you can do this with any freezer pops!)
• ¼ cup Absolut® Juice Strawberry
• Grenadine

Directions:

1. Cut open the freezer pops and pour liquid into a measuring cup.
2. Add the Absolut® Juice Strawberry.
3. Pour mixture back into the freezer pop wrappers and add a dash of Grenadine to each pop.
4. Do not fill all the way to the top so you have room to reseal the wrapper with a hair straightener.
5. Freeze standing up to ensure the layering stays. Depending on the brand of freezer pops you get, freeze time will vary.

Summertime Sips 

Serves 6 or more people responsibly

Ingredients:

• Half a watermelon
• Lime
• ¼ cup Absolut® Juice Strawberry
• Two peaches (frozen)
• ¼ cup Absolut® Juice
• 1 bottle of Prosecco or champagne

Tip: pops will last in the freezer for at least two weeks if your mixture makes more

Directions:

1. Cube a watermelon half and squeeze fresh lime juice and then freeze for at least an hour.
2. Blend cubes together with Absolut® Juice Strawberry and pour into plastic cups and freeze for two hours.
3. While that freezes, blend together peaches and Absolut® Juice Pear and Elderflower — pour on top of the watermelon layer and put popsicle sticks into cups.
4. Let freeze for five hours.
5. Place in glass and top of with prosecco or champagne, enjoy!

Absolut Juice Spritz

Serves 1 person responsibly 

Ingredients:

• 1 part Absolut® Juice Apple
• 1 part soda water
• 1 part sparkling wine (we suggest using Brut Champagne)

Directions: 

1. Mix together in a wine glass with fruit and ice, enjoy!
