Almond Butter & Jelly Smoothie
Complexity: Easy

Ingredients:
For No-Cook Berry Jam
½ cup mashed mixed berries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey (if desired)
For Smoothie
1 cup Original Almond Breeze
2 cups frozen banana
¼ cup almond butter
3 tbsp “No-Cook Berry Jam”
Directions:
For No-Cook Berry Jam
Mash together mixed berries chia seeds, and honey. Let set in the fridge overnight. (For a finer texture, blend ingredients together before refrigeration.)
For the smoothie
Blend together Original Almond Breeze, frozen banana, and almond butter. Divide ½ of the mixture into desired glasses.
Blend 3 tbsp “No-Cook Berry Jam” into the remaining mixture until it turns light purple. Pour to top off glasses and top with almond butter and fresh berries, if desired.
“Good-for-You” Tiramisu Smoothie

Ingredients:
For smoothie
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
8 coffee ice cubes
1 cup frozen banana
1 scoop Blue Diamond Almond Protein Powder
¼ cup rolled oats
For toppings and drizzle
1 tablespoon coconut oil
4 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut cream
Directions:
Melt coconut oil and stir in 3 tablespoons of the dark cocoa powder until dissolved. Pour a spoonful of the chocolate “syrup” into the bottom of a glass. Flip onto a paper towel and let drip. Set aside.
Blend Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze, coffee ice cubes, frozen banana, Blue Diamond Almond Protein Powder, and rolled oats until smooth. Pour into glass.
Top with coconut cream and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with a spoon.
Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie

Ingredients:
For the roasted strawberries
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
For the shortcake crumbles
1 scoop Blue Diamond Almond Protein Powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon agave
Pinch of salt
For the smoothie
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
2 cups roasted strawberries, frozen
5.3 ounces vanilla almond-based dairy-free yogurt
1 steamed beet
2 tablespoons shortcake crumbles
Directions:
For roasted strawberries
Place sliced strawberries on a sheet tray. Toss to coat with coconut sugar and roast for 40 min at 350 degrees F, until juicy and reduced in size.Transfer onto parchment and freeze until solid. Transfer to a storage bag once frozen, if desired.
For shortcake crumbles
Stir together Blue Diamond Almond Protein Powder, almond butter, agave, and salt until mixture clumps together, forming large chunks.
For the smoothie
Blend together Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze, frozen roasted strawberries, vanilla almond-based dairy-free yogurt, steamed beet, and shortcake crumbles until smooth.
If desired, top with coconut cream and additional shortcake crumbles.
Mint Chip Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup Original Almond Breeze
3 cubes frozen avocado
1 cup frozen banana
1 cup fresh spinach
¼ cup fresh mint
2 teaspoons spirulina
1 heaping tablespoon cacao nibs
Directions:
Blend together Original Almond Breeze, frozen avocado, frozen banana, spinach, mint, and spirulina. Once smooth, pulse to incorporate cacao nib pieces.
If desired, decorate the top of your smoothie with cacao nibs and fresh mint.
Carrot Cake Smoothie

Ingredients:
For honey roasted carrots
2 cups fresh carrots, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the smoothie
1½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze
1 cup honey roasted carrots, frozen
1 cup frozen pineapple
¼ teaspoon fresh ginger
1 date, pitted
Pinch of salt (optional)
For the “frosting”
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
For honey roasted carrots
Place sliced carrots on a sheet tray. Toss to coat with olive oil, honey, and cinnamon and roast for 40 min at 350F, until tender and caramelized. Transfer onto parchment and freeze until solid. Transfer to a storage bag once frozen, if desired.
For smoothie
Blend together Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze, frozen honey roasted carrots, frozen pineapple, fresh ginger, a date, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
For the frosting
Stir together coconut cream and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Pipe onto smoothie and top with granola, if desired.
