Who Needs A Relationship When Welch’s Has Valentine’s Day Fruit Snacks?

Great news for relationshippers and single folks alike! Valentine’s Day is approaching, which for some is not so great. But it’s still a perfect opportunity to get in on all of the holiday versions of our favorite treats — chocolates, candies, even fruit snacks. Yes, fruit snacks. Traditionally, you wouldn’t really expect to receive a packet of gummies on February 14th (maybe unless they’re your favorite snack and someone really gets you, or if you’re around kids).

Hey, I wouldn’t be against it. Fruit snacks rock.

They rock, and they know it. Or at least Welch’s does. Welch’s arguably makes the most addicting fruit snacks out there. The fruit shapes and actual fruit flavors absolutely deserve the hype. But come Valentine’s Day, Welch’s doesn’t play. They bless us with Valentine’s Day fruit snacks in the shape of a heart, a cheeky emoji on each. It doesn’t end there — the individual pouches double as a Valentine’s card that you can address to classmates, friends, and significant others.

Holiday-themed products always seem extra exciting, but they don’t live up to expectations each time. Could these fun gummies be in the same boat? Or will they be just as good as the regular, reliable fruit snacks?

Tried and true — the original Welch’s fruit snacks. How do the other ones compare???

I mean, sure, but you have fruit snacks. What more could you want?

I must say, these fruit snacks are pretty great. The heart shapes are a nice touch, and the flavors are spot-on. The ingredients list shows grape, peach, orange, strawberry, and raspberry purees in the mix — yum!

The one major qualm I have is the amount of gummies per pouch. Yes, most of the pouch is just air, which is to be expected with packaged snacks. But it’s still disappointing tearing into a pouch just to find only five or six gummies. And occasionally, the faces resemble odd markings instead of sweet expressions. But the idea is cute enough that it’s not too big of a deal.
