White vs. Red; Which Wine will Help your Holiday Run Smoother?

The Global Drug Study has revealed the perfect wine for holiday occasions, due to their emotional effect on people. Keep reading to find out what wine they suggested was the best choice.

The Global Drug Study collected information from 30,000 people ages 18 to 34 and in 21 countries. Every person reported drinking some form of alcohol which was either white wine, red wine, beer, or hard liquor. The researchers inquired about their drinking habits and what emotions were provoked from them. The emotions studied were: energized, relaxed, sexy, confident, tired, aggressive, ill, restless, and tearful. As a result, red wine was proven to be the most soothing from 53% of the people. Drinking red wine was linked to being the most relaxing, and best choice. Both white and red wine were linked to tiredness also. However, red wine had the least ties to aggression from everyone; it reigns as the better choice.

No one wants to feel aggressive around the holidays, especially when dealing with those “favorite” relatives. Hard liquor had the least correlation to relaxation. But, around 60% of people drinking hard liquor had the most confidence. That’s a high percentage. If this is the year that you have decided to make an announcement to your family.
