Princess Diana Gave William A Boob Cake For His 13th Birthday, Because She Was The Best

I was fairly young when Princess Diana graced this earth with all her glory. However, I do remember the many photos of her on television and newspapers up until her devastating death. I knew she was a princess (okay, “duchess” technically), but it was something else that pulled me in. It was that large radiant smile of hers, the same smile that she always wore when she was around her boys (you know, Prince William and Harry). She looked so fun, like definitely the kind of mom to sneak ice cream and watch a PG-13 movie with you on a Friday night. I remember thinking, she has to be a cool mom.

Today we learned that she definitely was a cool mom. According to InStyle, Prince William celebrated his 13th birthday with a cake shaped like a boob (haaa!) thanks to his mom, who bought him the cake. The former royal chef Darren McGrady told InStyle, “He was really into Cindy Crawford and he put a poster on his wall. Princess Diana invited three supermodels, [including] Christy Turlington, to come over and have tea with them. And when I opened my refrigerator door in the kitchen, she had actually ordered a cake with a huge pair of naked boobs, and that was just to embarrass William,” McGrady said. LOL.

Embarrassing? Probably. But also hilarious AF. Lady Di had an amazing sense of humor. McGrady also spilled the beans on the reaction of the party when seeing the cake, “So the butler took the cake in. They all sang happy birthday, William turned bright red, and Harry said, ‘Wow! Can I have that cake for my birthday?’ So Harry was always the fun one. Harry was always the mischievous one.”

With that being said, I wonder what cake Prince Harry had at his bachelor party? I hope he has the same sense of humor as his mom.
