Apple Sauce

    Cut the apples into smaller pieces.

    Place into a large pot.

  • 3.

    Add the water and vanilla extract.

  • 4.

    Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

  • 5.

    Transfer to a food processor.

  • 6.

    Add the cinnamon.

  • 7.

    Blend until smooth.

  • 8.

    Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
