So Yummy 1’s: Beef Jerky Meatballs

    reheat oven to 350F.

    In a small saucepan, cook the strawberries in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium high heat until softened.

    Add the BBQ sauce and simmer while you make the meatballs. 

  • 4.

    Crumble the hotdog bun into a large bowl to create breadcrumbs. 

  • 5.

    Add egg, onion, ketchup, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ground beef and beef jerky to a large bowl and combine using your hands. Form into balls. 

  • 6.

    Heat remaining oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. 

  • 7.

    Serve with BBQ sauce.
