Easy Choco Topped Cookies
1. Prep Dough
Prepare No-Spread Chocolate Sugar Cookie Dough.
2. Cut Out Cookies
Use a 2-3 inch circle cookie cutter to cut out the cookies. Place the cookie cutouts on a parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Top Cookies With Chocolate
Top each cookie with 1 piece of white baking chocolate.
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
5. Spread Chocolate
As soon as the cookies are removed from the oven, transfer the cookies to another parchment lined baking sheet. Working carefully, use the back of a spoon to spread the melted white chocolate over the top of the cookie. The cookie will still be warm at this point, so be sure to work gently and not to tear into the cookie.
6. Add Sprinkles & Enjoy!
Add sprinkles to the top of each white chocolate topped cookie. Let cool and enjoy!
