Crunchy Apple French Toast Cup
1. Preheat10 minutes
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
2. Rip2 minutes
In a large bowl, rip the bread into bite size pieces.
3. Mix4 minutes
Mix in the apples and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal until well incorporated.
4. Dump1 minute
Dump a heaping amount of the mix into the muffin tin.
5. Mix6 minutes
In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and vanilla, and pour it over the mix until it reaches the rim of the tin.
6. Bake40-50 minutes
Bake it for 40-50 minutes until it’s completely cooked and golden brown.
