  • 1. Blend
    5 mins

    Combine 1/3 cup of oats, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until finely ground.

    3 mins

    Transfer dry mixture to a bowl and add 2 tbsp of applesauce and 1tbsp of milk to form a sticky dough.

  • 3. Flatten
    2 mins

    Place dough in a ramekin and flatten.

  • 4. Microwave
    2 mins

    Microwave for 2 minutes on high

  • 5. Cool
    5 mins

    Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the ramekin.

  • 6. Top
    5 mins

    Slice in half and top with toppings of choice!
