Ronzoni® Gluten Free™ Penne alla Vodka
1. Simmer8 minutes
Add the crushed tomatoes and vodka (if using.) Allow the mixture to simmer for about 8 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
2. Stir2 minutes
Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
3. Rapid Simmer3 minutes
Add in the Ronzoni® Gluten Free™ Penne Rigate and stir to coat in the sauce, then bring the mixture to a rapid simmer.
4. Cook10 minutes
Cook for about 10 minutes, until the pasta is fully cooked with some bite left to it.
5. Divide & Serve5 minutes
Divide among 4 bowls and sprinkle with chili flakes for an added kick!
