Quinoa Onion Rings

  • 1. Preheat

    Set your oven to 350*F.

  • 2. Combine

    In a food processor, combine 1 cup of quinoa, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper and process until a fine flour texture has been reached.

  • 3. Slice

    Slice 2 red onions into rings, and dip the onions in the whisked eggs, then the quinoa flour, then once again in the whisked egg and quinoa flour.

  • 4. Bake
    20 mins

    Bake the onion rings on a parchment lined baking sheet until golden, about 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
