1. Cut Sheet of Dough Into Squares
On a lightly floured surface, cut the sheet into small squares about 3”x3” in size.
2. Cut Edges from Squares
Using a piping tip, cut a scalloped edge from the top of the square.
3. Pipe in Filling
Mix together the cheeses, garlic, and spices, then transfer to a sandwich bag with the corner cut off. Pipe a small amount of filling onto each square and line with egg wash.
4. Fold Into Roses
Fold the bottom of the square up over the filling, leaving some room from the base of the scalloped edge. Press gently to seal and remove any air bubbles.
5. Boil Until Al Dente
Dab egg wash on both corners of the folded edge, then roll into a rose shape. Fluff the petals out, then boil for 5-7 minutes or until al dente.
