  • 1. Preheat

    Set your oven to 425*F.

  • 2. Cut
    15 min

    Cut 2 lbs of root vegetables into wedges and submerge them in ice water for 10 minutes.

  • 3. Toss

    Toss the dried off vegetables in 3 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of chopped parsley, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper.

  • 4. Bake
    25-30 mins

    Spread the ‘fries’ on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 25 – 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
