    Make the pâte à choux.

  • 2. To make the filling:
    1. To make the filling: place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend until combined.
    2. Fill in a pastry bag fitted with a small star tip.
    3. Cut a small hole at the bottom of each chou using a small knife.
    4. Fill the chou with the cream.
    5. Top each chou with more cream.
    6. Garnish with fresh dill and crushed red pepper.
    7. Serve!
