Sticky Orange Chicken Noodles
1. Heat5 mins
Heat your oil to 350*F.
2. Coat5 mins
Toss the 2 lbs. cubed chicken in 3 whisked egg whites and coat it in 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
3. Fry3-4 mins
Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set the chicken on a paper towel to drain.
4. Sauce2 mins
In a greased pan set to medium-high heat, combine the 1 cup orange marmalade, 1 cup bbq sauce, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Simmer to thicken and caramelize slightly.
5. Mix3 mins
Add the fried chicken and toss in the sauce – then add the 12 oz cooked No Yolks Stir Fry noodles, juice of a tangerine or half an orange and scallions. Toss to combine well. Enjoy!
