Strawberries & Cream Swirl Cake
1. Build Cake & Frost20 minutes
Build the cake with your cooled cake layers and about 3-4 cups of buttercream. Try to make the top and the sides as smooth as possible.
2. Blend2 minutes
Blend the jam in a blender until very smooth.
3. Drizzle2 minutes
Spoon about 4 tablespoons of jam over the top of the cake, using a quick side-to-side motion to make striations.
4. Spiral1 minute
Using a butter knife or offset spatula, slowly turn the cake to make a spiral in the frosting and jam on top.
