On-The-Go Breakfast Parfait

  • 1. Stir
    15 minutes

    In a medium bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the boiling water until completely dissolved. Add in the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Coconut Almondmilk and the rolled oats and stir until well combined. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.

     

  • 2. Combine
    10 minutes

    In another medium bowl, combine the chia seeds and the Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Coconut Almondmilk and stir until the seeds no longer clump together. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.

     

     

  • 3. Soak
    5 minutes + overnight

    Layer about ½ cup of the matcha oat mixture and ½ cup of the strawberry chia pudding with a layer of sliced strawberries into each jar or container, then cover and allow to soak overnight.

  • 4. Serve
    1 minute

    Enjoy straight from the fridge or microwave for about 45 seconds to warm it slightly.
