Vegan “Burger” Patties

  • 1. Combine
    4 mins

    In a food processor, combine 1 can garbanzo beans, 1 cup oats, 1 tsp cumin, and salt. Blend until finely chopped.  

  • 2. Add
    3 mins

    Add in 2 roasted beets and blend again until very finely chopped.

     

  • 3. Scoop & Flatten
    5 mins

    Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of the mixture and place on a baking sheet. Press with a measuring cup to flatten into patty shape

     

  • 4. Bake
    12 mins

    Bake for 12 minutes at 350*F.

  • 5. Assemble
    5 mins

    Place the cooked patty onto a bun with the burger fixings of your liking.
