Zucchini Tomato Tart
1. Preheat5 mins
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Slice8 mins
Slice the tomatoes and zucchini.
3. Line5 mins
Line a 10 inch tart pan with pie crust. Trim off excess. Layer with cheese and basil.
4. Assemble10 mins
Top with sliced zucchini and tomatoes alternating around the tart.
5. Top3 mins
Add a few more basil leaves on top. Season with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. Bake45 mins
Bake for 45 minutes at 400*F or until golden brown.
