Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except half of the blueberries, in the Bella Portable Blender. Blend until well incorporated, adding more milk if needed.
  3. Line a cupcake pan and fill the liners ¾ full with your batter. Add the remaining blueberries to each muffin.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until slightly golden. 
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
