  4. Quickly flip the pan over, allowing the heated surface to cook the crêpe evenly.
  5. Once the crêpe is cooked to perfection, delicately flip the pan onto a plate and gently remove the crêpe from the pan.
  6. Repeat this process for each crêpe, ensuring that each one is cooked to the same delectable standard. Top with fresh fruit.

  3. Lower the heat to medium and pour in egg mixture. Using chopsticks, create the tornado effect with the eggs.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. After following the instructions on defrosting the puff pastry, divide it evenly into four pieces.
  3. Make 1-inch slits on the corners and place 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese evenly on 1 piece of cut puff pastry.
  4. Place 2 cut grape tomatoes (or 4 halves) on each side of the sheet. Fold the corners to wrap around the grape tomato. Place one egg yolk in the center and crack some black pepper on top, if using.
  5. Repeat for the rest of the three sheets. Place on a lined baking sheet tray.
  6. Place in the tray in the heated oven and bake for 12 minutes or as instructed on the box or until golden brown.
